Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within a timely manner, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building and/or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

 

PROCESSING TIME 

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on several factors, orders may take 5-7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process and ship.  Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and vary between carriers.

  

SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES

BrandED Uniform Solutions offers shipping via USPS and UPS. Transit time varies based on your location and method of shipment. Processing time is in addition to transit time. 

Example: Processing time 5-7 Business Days + USPS or UPS Transit time = Days before you can expect delivery. 

Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or text SMS notification.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

BrandED Uniform Solutions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Once your package has been scanned for pickup by the carrier BrandED Uniform Solutions is no longer liable for the final delivery of your package.  In the event your package has been lost, or stolen you will need to contact the shipping carrier or our package protection provider Route to file a claim.

Route is an opt-out Package Protection feature that is included in your final cost during the ordering process. If your package is lost or stolen, please go to ROUTE Claims Support

BrandED Uniform Solutions  is not responsible for:

  • Delays with US Postal Service or UPS shipping
  • Lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. To file a claim with the carrier, please click one of the following links: USPS Claims Support or UPS Claims Support
  • To file a claim for orders protected with ROUTE Package Insurance please click here.

Return To Sender Packages will be refunded less the cost of shipping.  Please be sure to confirm your ship to address at checkout prior to processing your order and on your order confirmation after processing your order.  Address must be a complete address verified by the US Postal Service.

Q: DOESN’T BrandED ALREADY COVER LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES THROUGH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE?

At BrandED, we take customer service very seriously and always try our best to resolve issues for our customers as quickly as possible, however we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Once your package has been scanned for pickup by the carrier, BrandED Uniform Solutions is no longer liable for the final delivery of your package.  But by purchasing shipping insurance with Route, completing a claim is only a click away, and your claim is processed within 24 hours. Route is easier, faster, and helps get any shipping issues resolved as quickly as possible.

Q: WHAT IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST, AND ROUTE REPLACES IT BY ORDERING ANOTHER NEW PRODUCT FOR ME, AND THEN THAT PACKAGE GETS LOST. DOES ROUTE COVER THAT TOO?

Yes! Any replacement orders that are placed by Route are still insured by Route.
