What is Open Ordering?

Open Ordering allows you to order uniforms regardless of our stock availibility.  This will ensure you are able to purchase all the items you need prior to the start of school. We highly recomend placing your uniform order during this time.

When is Open Ordering?

Open Ordering typically begins in early to mid April and ends in early to mid June.  You will find this information on the home page of your school uniform shop.  

Can I order after Open Ordering Closes?

Yes. You will be able to order online from our available inventory after open ordering has ended.  However, we cannot guarantee the items and/or sizes you need will be available.  Inventory will be limited.  It is highly recomended that you take advantage of our open ordering program and place your order during this time.  

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed during Open Ordering...

All orders placed during open ordering will have a specified delivery date.  This date will apply to all orders placed during this time regardless of shipping method selected.  You can find this information on your order confirmation and/or the home page of your school uniform shop.

Orders placed after Open Ordering...

Orders placed after open ordering willl be processed within 1-3 business days (3-5 business days in the months of June & July). Transit time varies and may take up to 5 business days once it has shipped.  Please be sure to place your order a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the start of school to allow plenty of time for delivery.  We experience a very high volume of orders during this time and processing time will vary.

What if my uniforms do not fit?

You may request an exchange by logging into your account.  Click on orders and then select "Return Items?" next to the order you wish to request and exchange for.

All requests must be received within 14 days of delivery. For additional information please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

My package shows it was delivered but I can't find it?

In the case that your order may be lost in transit please contact USPS or UPS to submit a Lost Package Claim. In the case that your tracking shows as delivered but is no-where in sight, ask around! Your courier, family members or office personnel may be able to point you in the right direction!
