Returns & Exchanges 2026
SUMMARY OF CHANGES IMPLEMENTED January 1, 2026
- There is a $6 return label fee. This fee will be collected upon submitting your request.
- Request must be made within 15 days of delivery - NO EXCEPTIONS

Returning items must be received within 15 days after return label has been generated. If the items are not received within 15 days you will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
- ALL EXCHANGE request merchandise on hold will be cancelled. Once the return merchandise is received, you will receive a store credit less a 20% restocking fee.
- ALL STORE CREDIT request will be issued less a 20% restocking fee.
- Return & Exchange requests received after 45 days will NOT be accepted.
RETURNS
BrandED Uniform Solutions gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online. We can only issue a store credit for returns. Store credits may be used on future online purchases. Request must be submitted within 15 days from the date your order delivered.
Return shipping labels must be purchased for $6. Payment will be required at the end of your return or exchange submission.
Submitting your Return
- Fill out the requested information below to start return or exchange and click "Search".
- Your order details will populate on the screen.
- Select the items you wish to exchange or return for store credit. Make sure to select the quantity of items you have to return.
- Fill out the Reason and the Action (Exchange or Return). A photo of the item maybe required for certain exchanges.
- If you are requesting an Exchange you will only be allowed to request an Even Exchange for In-Stock Items (same product different size). Please make sure the size needed is correct. We CANNOT change this information once it is submitted.
- If the size you need is not available you will need to request a store credit.
- Click Continue - From here you can purchase the return label - the return label will be sent via email once approved.
- Submit the RMA request. Most returns are approved within 24 hours after submitting.
EXCHANGES
BrandED Uniform Solutions offers exchanges for the same item in a different size and price (Even Exchange). Exchange Request must be submitted within 15 days from the date your order delivered.
Submitting your Exchange
- Start your exchange process by clicking the Return Portal Link here.
- Select exchange under "Action"
- Select the size/color you would like to Exchange your item(s) for.
- The options available are based on in-stock availability only. You will not be able request an exchange for an out of stock item.
- Once we receive your return, your exchange order will be shipped.
- Please allow up to two weeks for your exchange to be processed.
- Returning items must be received within 10 days of your approval. If we do not receive your return within this time frame your exchange request and the items that were placed on hold will be cancelled.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
- If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care here within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
- The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
- You can also submit an exchange through the Returns Portal for any defective merchandise.
